Boutique Hotel Restaurant Ysbrantsz can be found in the heart of Hoorn on the Roode Steen square. Ysbrantsz opened its doors in 2020 and has been a place to call home ever since. A place for a cup of coffee, a cozy dinner, a work meeting or an overnight stay in one of its historic rooms.

In the restaurant Ysbrantsz likes to welcome his guests for a cup of coffee, lunch, drinks or dinner. The kitchen is led by chef Tom Tros. Refined dishes can be found on the regularly changing menu, where possible we work with products from the season and from the area.

Johan Ysbrantsz was a restorer in the 17th century. A warm, cordial man who wanted to give his guests a feeling of coming home. At Roode Steen 14 he received guests for overnight stays, he cooked meals with spices that the sailors brought with them from distant journeys and he received people for a home-brewed snack.
