Ysbrantsz likes to spoil his guests with a delicious breakfast with fresh and local products. After a relaxing night, you can walk down to our restaurant, where you will be served at the table.
Small breakfast: yogurt, granola, fresh fruit and a croissant – €10 (incl. coffee, tea, fresh orange juice and sweet toppings) – from 8:00 AM
Extensive breakfast: put together yourself to prevent food waste – €16 (incl. coffee, tea, fresh orange juice and sweet spreads) – from 8:30
You can book breakfast up to the day before.
THE hotel
Ysbrantsz opened its doors in 2020 and has been a place to come home ever since. A place for a cup of coffee, a cozy dinner, a work meeting or an overnight stay in one of its historic rooms.
All hotel rooms are unique and have their own characteristic details and furnishing. Whether you opt for the spacious room with a bath and a view of the garden or the room with the high ceiling and beautiful wooden beams, each room has been furnished with great attention and attention to detail.

hOW IT STARTED
Boutique Hotel Restaurant Ysbrantsz is located in the heart of Hoorn on the Roode Steen square. Marco & Laura, also owners of De Tuynkamer, wanted to make their dream come true.
A familiar, sustainable (gas-free) and hospitable hotel where Hoorn is central. Ysbrantsz opened its doors in 2020 and has been a place to come home ever since. A place for a cup of coffee, a cozy dinner, a work meeting or an overnight stay in one of its historic rooms.
The restaurant
Ysbrantsz is happy to welcome his guests in the restaurant for a cup of coffee, lunch, a drink or dinner. The kitchen is led by chef Tom Tros. The regularly changing menu offers refined dishes, and products from the season and the surrounding area are used as much as possible.

Hoorn
Hoorn is a stunning, historical harbor city on the IJsselmeer. You will find monumental buildings, pretty churches and cozy streets while walking through Hoorn. In the center there are nice boutiques and specialty stores, making it excellent for shopping. Would you like good food and something to drink? That is also possible in Hoorn. The center and harbor offer many cozy bars and restaurants.
Visit one of the wonderful museums to get to know Hoorn and her history better or discover the IJsselmeer. Take a refreshing dip, go stand up paddle boarding or discover Hoorn from the water by Watertaxi. Ysbrantsz takes you through Hoorn.

Ysbrantsz verwent zijn gasten graag met een heerlijk ontbijt met verse en lokale producten. Na een ontspannen overnachting loopt u zo naar beneden om aan te schuiven in ons restaurant, waar u aan tafel bediend wordt.
Klein ontbijt: yoghurt, granola, vers fruit en een croissant – €10,- (incl. koffie, thee, verse jus d’orange en zoet beleg) – vanaf 8:00
Uitgebreid ontbijt: door uzelf samen te stellen om voedselverspilling te voorkomen – €16,- (incl. koffie, thee, verse jus d’orange en zoet beleg) – vanaf 8:30
U kunt nog tot de dag van tevoren ontbijt reserveren.
